Mac Crawford

William M. Crawford jr. (Mac) was born in Lebanon, KY and grew up on a family farm where he learned how to work with his hands building barns. Instilled in him from early childhood was the benefits of hard work and doing things right the first time. In 1972, Mac joined with Lynn Coe and formed Coe & Crawford Builders. In 1978, he bought out Coe and established Crawford Builders, Inc. His motto throughout life has always been, if something is worth doing, do it right the first time. He has always been active in the local, state and national home builder’s associations. Over the past 50 years, Mac has built a company that excels in quality and attention to details. The company first started as strictly a new home building company but through the years has developed to add a vast portfolio of new homes, large and small remodel project, and a service department. Mac values family and takes great pride in what he accomplishes, and it shows through his work. In his spare time when he was a younger man, you would have found him on a country road on one of his motorcycles but today you will see that he enjoys his work and spending time his family.

Terri Crawford

Terri grew up in central Kentucky, she met Mac in high school, and they married in 1968. In 1973 Terri gave birth to her first child, Chip and in 1975, her second child, Kimberly. By 1980, Terri decided to go to college; she graduated from the University of Kentucky School of Design in 1984. After graduating she worked as an office designer for Cardinal Office Systems for 5 years and then joined the Crawford Builders Team as Lead Designer in 1989. Terri’s ability to create a beautiful, inviting, and functional home is second to none.  Through her vision and creativity, she is able to create a space that you will love for years to come. 

In her spare time, you can usually find Terri spending time with her family, emersed in one of her books or cooking an amazing meal. 

George Hammack

George joined the Crawford Builders team in 1995 and has moved his way up from general laborer to lead framing carpenter to lead trim carpenter and in house cabinet builder and is now the construction manager of our custom new homes. George’s dedication to honesty, accountability, quality, and attention to detail is what makes him an asset to the team. In his personal time, George enjoys camping, kayaking, and enjoying nature with his wife Wendy and their dog Takoda. George also loves every adventure and moment spent with his son Austin and daughter Savannah.
