This 1910’s downtown Lexington home had a master bathroom with original clawfoot tub and a single pedestal sink. Lacking storage and 2016-2017’s amenities, the master bathroom was given an update with a nod to its past. Natural marble tile in Crema Marfil and Emparador Maroon take the space to the next level with an intricate pattern and wainscoting. The bathroom also features heated flooring. The inset master vanity features much more storage and a double sinks. Polished nickel Kohler Artifacts plumbing fittings and Waterworks lighting details also allude to the space’s original time period.
